…that if you weigh what I weigh (let’s not go there), and you ride 23 miles on your bike in an hour and a half, you’ll burn more than 1000 calories! How cool is that? So cool that because I did that both yesterday AND today, I didn’t feel guilty about the leftover Chinese food I ate for lunch yesterday, the two slices of Papa John’s pizza I ate for dinner last night, or even the 450-calorie M & M, caramel and fudge ice cream dessert I had last night.
