So I didn’t actually work on my proposal for that hour before dinner yesterday…I was cleaning off my desk and came across the contract for one of the Reader’s Theatre scripts I’m contracted to do this summer. I knew the first script isn’t due for a month, but imagine my surprise when I noticed the story treatment was due May 30! Good thing I happened to notice that contract. I don’t know where my brain is…fortunately, this script is a retelling of a Rudyard Kipling tale, “How the Rhino Got His Skin,” so it wasn’t too hard to pull together a story treatment at the last minute. So that’s what I ended up doing yesterday.
Today, however, I did work on that proposal. It’s coming along…I’m enjoying this multiple viewpoint very much…
